Data centres operate at a scale where imprecision compounds fast. The Goodman facility at Artarmon is six levels and 53,751m² of hyperscale critical infrastructure. A gap in the BOQ atthis scale does not surface until it is a procurement problem.
We ran CostX and AGTEK across the full structural, architectural, civilworks, and earthworks scope simultaneously. Four disciplines. One locked deliverable.
The floor specification required Liquid Vinyl Anti-static coating across more than one hectare of surface area at just 2mm thick. That is 265 litres of compound. Enough PVC to press roughly 2,650 vinyl records. Every litre was measured and itemised.
The full takeoff closed in 28 days. Not approximate. Locked.
We also identified RFIs during the drawing review. Documentation gaps that, priced on assumption, would have shifted the budget materially. Each was flagged before the BOQ was issued.
The full takeoff was returned in 15 days. The client had a budget they could write contracts against.
If you have a data centre or large commercial project going to tender in the next 60 days, we are worth a conversation. Most clients are surprised by how quickly we can turn a drawing set around.
